Seller application

Apply to the seller network.

Applications are read individually and answered either way. A limited group of companies is being approved ahead of launch — small enough that every description on the exchange can be relied on.

What we're looking for

Companies that handle used or surplus medical equipment as real inventory, know their product well enough to describe a unit precisely, list what is actually included, photograph the real item, and can ship properly or stage a collection. Volume matters less than reliability.

What happens next

We read the application and come back to you. If it looks like a fit, we talk about your inventory and how you work, then review the complete fee schedule and terms with you. Only after you have agreed to them does anything get listed.

Select everything that applies.

A sentence or two on your process, and whether you photograph each unit individually.

What you handle, how you work, where your equipment comes from, what you'd want from the exchange.

Sale data

MedEquipExchange publishes anonymized sale data: equipment category, manufacturer, model, condition, month of sale, and sale price. Seller identity, buyer identity, and individual listing details are never published and are never attributable to a company.

Either answer is fine and neither affects your application. This is asked here so the answer is on record from the start; the same term appears in the written seller agreement.

We read every application and reply either way. Your details are used to review your application and are not shared with anyone else.
